Description

51 and 52 Holywell Street is a late 18th century house and shop, constructed as a single building. It has three stories and is made of stuccoed rubble, with cellars and a Welsh slate roof. The ground floor features a coachway on the east side, a bay shop front, and one 18th century sash window. The bay extends through the first and second floors, each featuring a three-light sash window. On either side of the bay, there is a sash window in a moulded wood frame on each floor. Most of the windows include glazing bars. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the south side of Holywell Street.
