Description
Wadham College Bursary is a house located on Holywell Street, dating from the 18th to 19th century. It is a three-storey stone building with cellars set on a stone plinth. The exterior features a stone band at the second floor, a moulded eaves cornice, a moulded parapet, and a roof made of Welsh slate. The half-basement windows are adorned with keystones, and the front doorway has a stone moulded architrave. There are four sash windows in plain stone frames with cills, which include glazing bars. The interior has been remodelled, and the north elevation was modernised between 1970 and 1971. All the listed buildings on the north side of Holywell Street form a group.
