Description

The chest tomb located approximately 10 meters south of the south aisle of the Church of St Mary the Virgin dates from the 18th century. It is made of marlstone and features a rectangular shape with a moulded base and cover. The tomb includes recessed rectangular corner balusters and panelled sides, although the inscriptions are obscured.
