Description

Rosemary Cottage is likely a 17th-century house situated on the south side of Somerton Road in North Aston. The building is constructed from limestone rubble with wooden lintels, and has a concrete roof covered in plain tiles, alongside rebuilt brick stacks. The house follows a three-unit plan. The front facade, which is irregular and features four windows, has a variety of casement windows, some of which have been renewed. The entrance is positioned between the first and second bays, and some of the window openings have chamfered lintels. The roof is steeply pitched, with stacks located at both gables and a further stack along the ridge, aligned with the entrance. The interior has not been inspected.
