Description
No. 35 Market Square is a public house that has been converted into a restaurant and dwelling. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and features rendered walls with some stucco dressings and a Welsh-slate roof. The building consists of a main range and a rear wing, rising to five storeys. The symmetrical front has three windows and includes a plinth and a first-floor sill band. At the center, there is a pilastered stucco doorcase with an entablature, flanked by tripartite sash windows. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the second floor features 6-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
