Description

Neil's is a house and shop located on Parson's Street in Banbury, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with brick end stacks. It stands three storeys high and has a three-window range. The shop front is from the 20th century. The first and second floors have sash windows with keystoned voussoirs, while the central sash on the second floor does not have glazing bars. The eaves are dentilled.
