Description

The Gate House and Number 75 are two houses dating from the early 18th century. They are constructed of limestone rubble with wooden lintels and feature a concrete plain-tile roof with rebuilt brick stacks. The buildings have 2- and 3-unit plans, which may have been linked in the past. The left side of the 5-window front of The Gate House has three bays with leaded 3-light 18th-century casements, and the entrance is located to the left of the third bay. Number 75 has 3-light 19th-century casements flanking a 2-panel door. Both entrances are covered by tiled canopies. The steep-pitched roof is hipped to the left and continues as an end outshut over the first bay. The interiors have not been inspected.
