Crouch Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century, with remodels in the 18th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of finely jointed ironstone and features a steeply pitched red tile roof with brick end stacks. The building has a 3-unit plan along with rear extensions, standing two storeys tall plus an attic. The façade displays a five-window range, with an entrance that has a renewed plank door topped by a wooden lintel. The ground floor includes three renewed windows and French doors to the right. On the first floor, there are five windows, including three renewed cross windows and three hipped roof dormers. At the rear, there is a wood-mullioned window, and all windows are fitted with wood lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
