Description

The Dew Memorial, located approximately 2 meters southeast of the chancel of the Church of St. James, is a chest tomb dating from around 1808. It is made of marlstone and features a rectangular shape with a moulded base and cover. The tomb is adorned with square corner balusters and plain panels. The inscriptions on the memorial commemorate Marten Dew, who died in 1808, and Mary Dew, who died in 1833.
