Description

A group of 17th century chest tomb and headstone is located approximately 1 metre east of the chancel at the Church of St. Etheldreda. The chest tomb is made of ironstone and features side balusters along with a moulded, chamfered ledger slab. It is decorated with floral designs and a masonry motif. The headstone, also from the 17th century, has scrolled shoulders and an inset panel that bears an inscription.
