Description

This cottage, located approximately 50 metres northeast of Bazeley Farmhouse, dates from the mid to late 18th century and features 20th-century extensions on both the left and right gable ends. It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and has a steeply pitched thatched roof with a brick stack at one end. The building has a single-unit plan along with single-storey extensions and includes a single storey plus an attic. The entrance is on the right and has a 20th-century porch. To the left, there are two 20th-century windows with a wooden lintel. An eyebrow dormer with a 20th-century casement window is also present. The interior has not been inspected.
