Description

The Ward Monument, located approximately 7 metres west of the west tower at St Nicholas Church, is a chest tomb dating from the late 18th century. The date is illegible. It is made of stone and features a moulded top with an excutchem, elaborate corner balusters, and raised and fielded inscription panels set on two steps.
