Description

The Old Tavern is a house located on Bodiam Road, dating from the early 19th century. The front of the building is faced with tiles, while the sides are finished in stucco. It features a hipped tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. The structure is two storeys high and has three windows, primarily consisting of 16-pane sash windows set within moulded architraves. The central entrance has a doorcase with a moulded architrave and a flat hood above it. To the left, there is a one-storey extension made of painted brick, also with a hipped tiled roof.
