Description

This chest tomb is dedicated to George West, who died in 1803, and is located about 15 metres west of the Church of St Laurence. It is made of stone and features an originally railed platform that supports the chest. The tomb has a moulded base, fluted urn-shaped corner piers, and raised and fielded side panels with chamfered corners. The top slab is also moulded.
