Description

The Old Vicarage is a house, formerly a vicarage, built in 1843 by Whichcord and Walker. It is constructed of ashlar with boxed eaves and has a low-pitched, pyramidally-hipped slate roof. The east front has a regular three-window arrangement. The first floor features glazing bar sashes; the ground floor has a wide hipped bay with a tripartite window flanking a central porch with a glazed door. Raised panels extend to the eaves on bays flanking the centre of the east front. The south front has a three-window first floor with glazing bar sashes, the rightmost window being tripartite. The ground floor features two square hipped bays flanking a smaller window.
