Description

Cowbeech Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 18th century or earlier. It is now attached to the 1932 addition of Cowbeech but was originally a free-standing structure. The cottage is weatherboarded and features a half-hipped tiled roof with an external brick chimneystack. It has two storeys and one window, with casement windows and a plank door that has a small hood above it. Inside, there is one room on each floor, along with the original winder staircase, and the interior remains in an unusually unaltered condition.
