The Clocktower Monument, erected in 1889, is a Grade II listed structure located in Sandhurst. It was built in memory of Arthur Oakes Esq. J.P. by local parishioners and friends. The monument features three stages. The lowest stage is square and constructed of red brick, with a moulded stone cornice, panels on each face, corner piers, and a plinth. The tall second stage is also made of red brick, with chamfered corners highlighted in yellow brick. The top stage, or bell stage, is made of wood and has louvred openings, with metal clock faces. It is topped with a pyramidal roof and a metal finial.
