Description
This is a mid-to-late 19th-century terrace of eleven houses, numbered 21 to 29, located on the south-east side of The Pantiles. The buildings are three storeys high, with a basement and attics, and are faced in stucco. They have five hipped dormers and a wide bracketed cornice. All eleven windows are sash windows without glazing bars, set within moulded stone architraves. The first-floor windows are distinguished by console brackets and cornices. A decorative cast iron balcony is present on the first floor. The simple doorcases each have a rectangular fanlight and scrolled console brackets. The terrace is included in the list for group value, forming a group with numbers 31a and 45 to 61 (odd) on The Pantiles.
