Description
This is a gazebo located about 30 meters northeast of Gedges Farmhouse, probably built in the late 19th century. It features a framed construction with tile-hung walls and a peg-tile roof. The gazebo has an octagonal shape and includes a verandah on the north side, designed to take advantage of the view. The structure is built into the slope of the land, with the verandah floor supported by brick pillars.
The gazebo is a single-storey building topped with a conical roof that flares out to form the roof of the verandah, which is supported by posts. On the north-facing sides, there are four top-hung windows, each with nine panes, and a 19th-century plank door with a cover strip.
The interior has not been inspected. The gazebo has group value with Gedges Farmhouse, which is a 19th-century villa.
