Description
The Matfield War Memorial is a war memorial built in the early 1920s. It features a cross made of Portland stone with splayed ends and a moulded base, standing on a tall octagonal plinth. The names of the fallen from Matfield are inscribed in flush lead lettering on the plinth, with additional names engraved on the three octagonal stone steps.
