Description

Colebarn is a house that dates from the 18th century or earlier. It is a timber-framed building that is faced in weatherboarding and sits on a brick plinth. The roof is covered with old tiles and features a brick chimneystack at the right end. The house has two storeys and attics, with three windows that include 25-pane sashes. There is a central doorcase topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, and the entrance features a ribbed plank door with a Gothic arched window. At the rear, there is a catslide roof with a hipped dormer.
