This is an 18th-century outhouse located about 1 metre east of The Chequers Inn in Lamberhurst. It is constructed of red brick with weatherboarded gables and features a plain tiled roof. The building is single storey and has a half-hipped roof. There is a boarded door on the left side and a shuttered window opening on the right side.
