Description

This chest tomb, located approximately 5 metres south of the south chapel at St George's Church in Benenden, dates from 1697, although the inscription on the south side was not legible at the time of the survey. It is a rectangular stone chest featuring a moulded cornice and base, along with four roll mouldings on the chest.
