Description

Vines Farm House is a 17th-century farmhouse located on Matthews Lane in West Peckham. The building is timber-framed and features red brick cladding on the ground floor, which may indicate an underbuilt jetty. It has a jetty on one side and exposed timber framing on the first floor. The roof is half-hipped and covered with plain tiles, featuring a central ridge stack. There are two 19th-century casement windows on each floor, along with a boarded door.
