Description

Lilac Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that features a timber frame and weatherboarding. It has a plain tiled roof that is half-hipped on the left side, with a central ridge stack and a catslide roof at the rear, which faces the road. The cottage is two storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows, with one window on the first floor to the right and others located on the side fronts. There are two early 20th-century half-glazed doors, one at each end of the cottage. Additionally, there is a 19th-century lean-to structure on the ground floor to the south.
