The wagon shed, located to the south of Borough's Oak Farmhouse, dates from the 19th century. It features brick construction at the lower level, with some exposed framing and weatherboarding above. The roof is half-hipped and covered with plain tiles. The structure consists of three bays and is open to the east, supported by wooden posts.
