Description
This is a cottage range dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, situated on the south side of Snell Hatch Road in East Peckham. The building has a half-hipped returned gable to the left-hand side (No. 119). The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the first floor is tile-hung, except for the gable which is painted brick with a rendered first floor. The roof is tiled with a half-hip and a ridge stack located at the west end of the building. It is two storeys high, with an irregular arrangement of 19th and 20th-century casement windows. There are three boarded doors, with the entrance to No. 119 on the eastern return front.
