Description

Strettit Place is a house with an early 19th-century façade that conceals an older building. It features painted brick with a plinth and a band. The roof has wide flat projecting eaves with a boarded soffit and coupled brackets, topped with a plain tiled, hipped roof. There are two dormers and the house is two storeys high with five windows that have glazing bar sashes. The central entrance is a half-glazed and panelled door, sheltered by a projecting porch supported by Ionic columns. The house is L-shaped in plan, with a 18th-century section at the rear. To the west, there is a two-storey early 19th-century bow and a canopied verandah.
