This is a 19th-century barn located 30 yards west of Manor Farmhouse in Wateringbury. The barn is weather-boarded and features a tiled roof. It has an aisled structure with a catslide roof on the east addition to the west. There is a hipped wagon entrance on the east side. The barn is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
