Description

This outbuilding, located to the northeast of the garage at Wateringbury Place, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and features a hipped slate roof that includes an off-centre pediment-gable and a louvred lantern. The building is a single storey and has a double-doored entrance beneath the pediment, with one modern casement window on each side. The east elevation, which faces Canon Lane, has a base made of Kentish ragstone and is part of an attached curved brick wall, also resting on a stone base, which frames the entrance.
