Description

The outbuilding located to the southeast of the garage at Wateringbury Place dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and features a hipped slate roof that has an off-centre pediment and a louvred lantern. This single-storey building includes an open verandah on the right side of the facade. The entrance is a double-doored design situated beneath the pediment, with one modern casement window on each side. The east elevation, facing Canon Lane, has a base made of Kentish ragstone and is part of an attached covered brick wall, which also sits on a stone base and frames the entrance.
