Description
Egerton Manor is an early 18th-century house located on the east side of The Street. It is constructed of plum-coloured brick with red brick dressings, and has a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, set on a plinth, with a moulded eaves cornice to the roof. There are two hipped dormers and stacks located to the left and right. The fenestration is regular, comprising five glazing bar sashes with rubbed and cut gauged heads and flying cornices with raised keys. A central half-glazed door is situated within a 20th-century glazed gable porch. The interior is reported to contain panelled rooms and an original staircase.
