Description

No 12 King Street, which includes No 13 Broad Street, is a late 18th century corner building. It is three storeys high and constructed of stock brick with stone coping. The front elevation features two sash windows, while the Broad Street side has three sash windows. The first-floor windows are set in round-headed arcading, and the glazing bars are intact with wooden cills. The building also has mid 19th century shopfronts. Nos 1 to 13 (odd) form a group, with Nos 1, 3, 11, and 13 specifically noted as part of this grouping.
