Description
Nos. 5 and 7 Church Street are a pair of cottages built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of brown brick, partly painted, and feature a plain tiled roof. The buildings are two storeys high with box eaves and a hipped roof that has a stack located at the centre left. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, while the ground floor has four sash windows, all with painted heads. To the right, there is a six-panel door with a rendered surround, and to the left, a half-glazed door with a flat hood supported by brackets. There is also a weather-boarded garage outshot to the left. These cottages are included for their group value.
