Description

This is a three-storey house and shop, built around 1840 as part of a terrace in Ramsgate. The exterior is rendered and has a slate roof. The building has a plat band above the first floor, supporting five fluted pilasters that carry an entablature to the parapet, with a stack to the north. There are four sash windows to each of the first and second floors, each with a vermiculated frieze to the cornice. The ground floor has plate glass windows, dating to the early 20th century, which are canted towards the centre with stained glass upper lights, and a glazed central entrance door. A large fascia is raised to the centre. The interior has not been inspected.
