Description

Parklane Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century, largely re-faced in the 18th century. It is timber framed and now clad with painted brick, with a plain tiled roof. The house has two storeys, a basement, and an attic, standing on a plinth with a plat band. The roof is hipped with gablets; a gabled dormer is present and there are stacks to the rear left, centre right, and projecting at the end right. The first floor has four wooden casement windows, the ground floor three, all with segmental heads. A half-glazed door is located to the left, and has a flat hood above it.
