Description

These stables, located approximately 30 metres west of Newhouse Farmhouse, date from the early 18th century. They are timber-framed, resting on a red brick base and clad with weatherboarding, and have a plain tiled roof. The roof is half-hipped on the right side and fully hipped on the left. The exterior features two wooden casement windows and a central pair of half-doors. Internally, some original stabling remains, though it may be of a later date.
