Description

These stables, located 15 metres north of Vine Cottage, date from around 1700. They are constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a thatched roof. The building is a single storey, set on a plinth made of flint and brick, and features a hipped roof. On the left side, there are two wooden casement windows and a boarded door, while on the right side, there is a half-door. Inside, the stables have a clasped purlin roof and the original stalls are still present. This building is included for its group value with Vine Cottage.
