Description
These stables, located approximately 20 meters south-west of The Old Vicarage, likely date from the late 17th century. They are constructed with a timber frame and have painted brick infill, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two levels and appears to consist of two or three framed bays. The framing features three square panels extending from the cill to the wall-plate, with long straight tension braces and V-struts originating from the collar. On the ground floor, there is an eaves hatch to the left, flanked by hatches beside a roughly central door, and a wide 20th-century entrance to the right.
