Description
The Black Lion Public House is a public house dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. It features a timber frame that is rendered, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth, with projecting gables on the left and right that include garret lights. There are two hips between the gables and four chimneys located to the left, center, right, and rear right. Each floor has three glazing bar sash windows, and there is a half-glazed door to the center left topped with a broken pediment. Additionally, there is a 20th-century catslide outshot on the left side.
