Description

This is a wall located opposite St Peter and St Paul's Church, dating from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries. It is constructed of flint, red brick, and masonry blocks, standing between five to eight feet high and extending 45 yards along the east side of Lynsted Street. This wall is all that remains of the mansion house belonging to the Drury family, which was demolished around 1645.
