The structure is timber-framed and plastered, with some of the frame exposed on the right return front. It features a plain tiled roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a painted fascia or bressumer with a returned hipped roof and a stack located at the rear left. On the first floor, there are two sash windows and a segmental bay window, while the ground floor includes a plate glass window in an extension to the right and a central half-glazed door.
