Description

This barn, located 20 metres north of Boughton Court, dates from the early 18th century. It features a timber frame set on a base of flint and brick, and is weatherboarded with an asbestos sheet roof. The roof is half-hipped, with two hipped strays on both the left and right sides, and includes four flush skylights. Inside, the barn has eight bays with aisles, showcasing doubled quadrant braces on the arcade posts and a staggered purlin roof.
