Description

Nos 100 and 102 High Street in Milton Regis is a Grade II listed building dating from the 16th century. It is timber-framed with plaster infilling, featuring a central section flanked by two wings that were likely jettied on the first floor originally but have since been underbuilt. The building has a tiled roof and coved eaves on the central portion, which are supported by a bracket and curved braces. The first floor includes two tiers of five-light windows with metal-framed mullions, while the ground floor has one horizontally sliding sash window with intact glazing bars. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 52 to 76 (even), 80 to 104 (even), 104A, and 110.
