Description

99 and 99A High Street are 18th-century buildings located in Milton Regis. They consist of two parallel ranges, standing two storeys high with attics. The exterior features grey headers with red brick window dressings, quoins, and architraves above the ground floor windows. The tiled roof has two hipped dormers and three sashes with intact glazing bars. The entrance is framed by a moulded architrave surround with a pediment supported by brackets, and the door consists of six fielded panels. This building is part of a group that includes several other properties on High Street, specifically Nos 65, 67 to 71 (odd), 71A, 73, 73A, 75 to 87 (odd), 87A, 89 to 95 (odd), 95A, 97, 97A, and 99.
