Description

The Three Hats Inn is an 18th-century building, originally timber-framed and later refronted. It is located on the west side of High Street, Milton Regis, and is number 93. The building is three storeys high and constructed of painted brick, with the ground floor stuccoed. The roof is tiled, arranged in two half-hips. The upper floors retain two sash windows with original glazing bars. The ground floor has a more modern public house front. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 65, 67 to 71 (odd), 71A, 73, 73A, 75 to 87 (odd), 95A, 97, 97A, 99, and 99A.
