It features a timber frame set on a flint plinth, with parts of the structure exposed and plaster infill, while other sections are clad in painted brick. The cottage has a thatched roof and stands two storeys high, with a hipped roof and chimney stacks positioned to the centre left and to the right. The windows are irregularly arranged, with six wooden casements on the first floor and five on the ground floor, which have gauged heads on the right side. There is a plank and stud door located in a gabled porch on the centre left.
