Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century, with a 19th-century cladding. It features a timber frame covered in red brick and has a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with a hipped roof that includes gablets and a chimney stack positioned on the centre left. The windows are arranged irregularly, with four wooden casements on the first floor and three on the ground floor. There are 20th-century doors on the left and right, each with flat hoods supported by brackets. The right side of the cottage reveals exposed lath and plaster on the first floor wall cladding.
