Description

The stables and granary, located 25 metres from The Old Farmhouse, date back to the 16th century. This building features a timber frame set on a red brick base, with weatherboarding and a plain tiled roof, along with a corrugated iron roof on the outshot. It stands two storeys high with a continuous jetty and a hipped roof. The exterior includes one shuttered window on the first floor and half doors on both the left and right sides. Inside, the structure has a four-bay hall house that has been newly ceiled, and a crown post roof with the central post featuring an octagonal shaft, moulded base, and caps. There is a possibility of a smoke bay within the interior.
