Description

This is an outbuilding located to the rear of the Royal Fountain Hotel. The facade facing West Lane dates from the 19th century, but the rear section is an 18th-century structure with tarred weatherboard cladding, extending over two storeys and featuring four sash windows with intact glazing bars. The rear, T-shaped section has an old tiled, hipped roof, while the front part is covered with slate.
